Siobhan Hoye

Siobhan is our Director of Operations and Medicaid Paralegal. She approaches her position with guidance from her background in owning a bakery- with precision, attention to detail, and enough sugary sweetness to get the job done.

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, tending to her garden, reading, puzzles and crafting. Her and her husband, Sam, revolve their lives around the every whim of their dogs, Howie and Clementine. While she no longer bakes professionally, her lifelong passion for the science of baking will keep her friends and family well fed.
